Genotox™ Cofactor for Genetic Toxicology Test

S9 Mix consists of S9 fraction and Genotox™ Cofactor I, II, III, IV, V. After reconstitution the resultant S9 Mix may be directly used in in vitro genotoxicity tests.

  • Cofactor I : 10% S9 Mix

  • Cofactor IV: 5% S9 Mix

  • Cofactor II : 20% S9 Mix

  • Cofactor III : 30% S9 Mix

  • Cofactor V: 50% S9 Mix

Genotox™ Cofactor has the following properties.
You can use it for S9 mix immediately after defrosting.
No secondary reagents are required.
It contains sufficient volumes (necessary volume + extra volume.)
It is subjected to the Quality Control analysis. Each lot is accompanied by product data sheets.
